In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of hbsje complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

3.3 Registration Information. When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to open and maintain exactly one hbsje account. The use of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. hbsje uses technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and all bonuses, pending bets, and withdrawable balances may be voided.

3.5 KYC Verification. hbsje may request KYC documentation — including a government-issued national ID card, passport, or birth certificate — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC within the period specified in the verification request may result in account suspension and delays to pending withdrawals.

4.1 Account Security. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be treated as having been performed by you, and you will be held responsible for all resulting transactions.

4.2 Compromised Accounts. 4.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your hbsje account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be refunded to your registered payment method after KYC verification is complete and any applicable withdrawal processing period has elapsed.

4.4 Account Suspension by hbsje. hbsje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms & Conditions, underage access, duplicate account use, or involvement in any activity that hbsje determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or its other players.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. hbsje accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount on hbsje is ৳100. 5.5 Transaction Source. By depositing funds into your hbsje account, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method being used. hbsje may refuse or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent, unlawful, or suspicious activity.

5.6 Inactive Account Policy. An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. hbsje reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳200 to inactive accounts after the 12-month inactivity period, deducted from the remaining account balance until the balance reaches zero. Players will be notified prior to any fee being applied.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by hbsje are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the point of the offer. In all cases where the specific offer terms conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the specific offer terms take precedence with respect to that bonus only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, game contribution rates, maximum bet limits during wagering, and time limits will be stated in the individual offer terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the account.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible players as specified in each offer. Unless explicitly stated, bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. hbsje reserves the right to withdraw a bonus from any account if it reasonably believes that the bonus is being claimed in bad faith, through abuse of multiple accounts, or through any other form of promotional abuse.

6.4 Bonus Withdrawal. No bonus funds may be withdrawn directly. Only the net winnings generated from the successful completion of the applicable wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal. At the point of withdrawal request, any remaining bonus balance that has not been converted through wagering will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

6.5 Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions. hbsje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has opted in but before the wagering requirement has been met, hbsje will remove the bonus balance and any associated winnings from the account, and will not be liable for any loss arising from such cancellation.

7.1 Game Fairness. 7.5 Malfunction Policy. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hbsje platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all associated bonuses and winnings voided, and may be subject to further action including legal proceedings where applicable:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point during KYC verification

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any hbsje content without the express prior written consent of hbsje. Unauthorised use of hbsje's intellectual property may result in account closure, legal action, and claims for damages.

Where a material change is made, hbsje will publish the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where reasonably practicable, notify active players by email or in-account notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the hbsje platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Clause 4.3.
